Here is a recently installed Roma mussel painted shaker kitchen. We did a complete kitchen installation for Mrs Briton at York. We removed the old kitchen cabinets. Completely rewired the kitchen to suit the new design, fitted LED spotlights in the ceiling as well as under cabinet lighting. We then re-plastered the whole kitchen, before commencing on the installation of the new kitchen units.
This shaker kitchen is painted in one of the most popular kitchen colours of this year, the delicate light tone of the mussel kitchen doors complements almost every colour scheme,
Mrs Briton wanted oak worktops on her kitchen, but from past experience she found that they are not the most practical for a busy working kitchen. But on the other hand she loves the look that solid oak worktops give to the kitchen and the warm and homely feeling. After discussing her feelings about the worktops, we suggested that she could have the best of both worlds, she could have one side of the kitchen with solid oak worktops going from the kitchen to the dining area, but to have a laminate worktop and splash back on the working side of the kitchen making it easy to clean and wipe down around the hob and sink.
This country style painted kitchen has all the items you expect in a modern kitchen whilst keeping its traditional charm, It has a wall mounted built in microwave, induction hob, two single ovens side by side in Tall units, built in larder fridge and freezer. This is a really nice looking kitchen, very in keeping with its location and extremely practical working kitchen for a busy family home.
