The MaxiSense® induction hob has self-sizing cooking zones. Each zone detects the size and shape of the pan you’re using, however large or small.

The user interface is not visible until a pan is placed on the hob. The user interface contains DirekTouch for instant heat control with one touch, minute minder and auto bridge.

Two zones can be paired at the touch of a button, providing a single bridge for cooking. It's optimised for using large pots and pans by automatically aligning to share both temperature and time settings.

AEG induction hobs have the slimmest platform on the market, allowing a worktop as thin as 28mm with an oven beneath the hob.

Hob2Hood automatically turns on your cooker hood and lights when you start using the hob. The cooker hood will adjust according to the cooking levels on the induction zones.
