I intentionally contacted James as I had worked with him in a previous Kitchen, as previous James was helpful, polite and understanding of what I was after. To help with that he did two home visits to look at options. James had several options that I had not considered, i.e. a Pantry Cupboard that I took on immediately. Also, an integrated bins that I was adamant I didn’t want and felt they were a dirty trap. After many conversations I agreed and now couldn’t be happier.

Overall service was excellent from start to finish, aftersales was excellent and the few mishaps we encountered were dealt with immediately without any hassle.

I went to other suppliers but never got the service or quality that I received at Kitchen Warehouse.
