Step 1: Get your kitchen plan together
The very first place to start when purchasing your new kitchen is with a design you’re happy with. This is a very personal, rewarding process.
Start by getting a plan together that you are happy with. You can either reinstall your kitchen on a ‘like for like’ basis using your existing kitchen layout – or if you are feeling more adventurous or have upgraded or changed your available space, you might have a new kitchen design in mind!
One way that we keep our prices low is by working from your design plans rather than having to employ expensive designers. This not only minimises the cost, but minimises the time it takes to get your new kitchen into production.
That said – we will monitor your designs carefully and assist you with any elements of your design that might not work as well as could. There are several design types that we can work from:
Existing CAD Designs / kitchen plans: If you have got a kitchen plan already, we are more than happy to utilise these to provide you with a comparative quote.
Send us an Existing Design List: If you have a kitchen design that functions well and you’re happy with how it works for you, you can compile a list of units/ drawers/ mechanisms on a like for like basis ready to place our order.
Paper-based Planning Tool: Ideal for those who prefer a tangible planning method, this design planner is available to download from our website ready to print and begin planning your paper-based design. This method will assist you in putting together a plan for us to work from in quoting you for your new kitchen – or even better, will help you design a plan you can use to get a comprehensive and transparent price from our website. Online Kitchen Planner: This option will provide you with a user-friendly digital option for crafting your kitchen layout. Complete with full instructions, this option will allow you to digitally create your own kitchen design plan. You can access the planner here.

Step 2: Effortlessly place your order
Once you have perfected your plan you can use our simple and comprehensive website to order your new kitchen.
Using the tabs across the top of the website, select the kitchen range, design, and colour for our range of options and begin adding the items listed on your design into your basket. This option does not commit you to buying but will allow you to see a ‘real time’ quotation giving you immediate prices in your basket less any shipping costs or costs or additions not available to price on the website. Again – our friendly team are with you every step of the way and available to answer any additional questions you might have during this process.

Step 3: Await your kitchen delivery
As soon as you place your order, you will receive your order confirmation detailing all the important information that you will need such as delivery dates, special information and all of the invoice details for you to refer to at any stage.
Depending on the ‘turnaround time’ for the range of kitchen you have ordered, your new kitchen will be delivered in no time at all.
Please utilise the production time of your kitchen to ensure that your space is prepared and ready for when the new kitchen arrives. We strive to accommodate your scheduling needs, so feel free to reach out if you need to adjust your delivery date.
You may wish to ensure the kitchen area is complete and fully ready for the fitting; plumbing, plastering, and electrical work should have all been carried out, if required.
