The AEG DCK431110M Built-in Multifunction Oven with Rotary Controls is a superb multifunction double oven. It features retractable rotary controls, 2 main oven functions, 5 top oven functions, catalytic liners in both ovens, a fully programmable timer, white LEDs – and all this comes in contemporary anti-fingerprint Stainless Steel.

As both oven cavities are multifunctional, it means that all the traditional cooking functions, including True Fan are here. The AEG true fan cooking system circulates hot air gently through the open cavity. Because this means that the oven heats up faster, shorter cooking times can be achieved, delivering great results. SurroundCook® ensures that food is cooked evenly anywhere in the oven as the hot air fan circulates the air more effectively than you would expect from a conventional oven.

Efficiency and faster cooking times are great benefits. For example, you can use this AEG Double Oven to defrost food twice as quickly as usual. This is because ambient air is circulated at pace inside the open cavity. And for the times when you want to take things more slowly, AEG Slow Cooking gives you two slow options, depending on the amount of food that you are cooking.

Other features to look out for are Bottom Heat. This gently reheats food by the bottom heating element only. This is ideal for pies and pastries, as crispness is retained. Similarly, Pizza Setting ensures that all pastry bases and pizzas are cooked exactly to your taste.

Catalytic lining is in place to absorb the grease from cooking, leaving the catalytic surface clean. Models can be chosen with either rotary controls or touch controls.
