All our modern porcelain shaker kitchen doors are constructed with five pieces rather than one routed piece, in keeping with the classic shaker aesthetic and employing the same construction methods that have been used in the manufacture of solid timber doors for centuries. The 22mm thick doors are solid and sturdy, with wood grain embossed into the PVC.
