After a recent house move we were looking for some new kitchen units, and came across Kitchen Warehouse's website. What I initially liked about them was that you could order a sample door for about £20, which would then be discounted if you went on to place an order over a certain value. This seemed a reasonable outlay to check the look what what we wanted, so we went ahead with this option. From the start, the correspondence was excellent, with their reps answering all my questions quickly and very helpfully, so I felt confident in placing the order. The timescales given were accurate and emails advising delivery dates came through at regular intervals in the run up.
On the day we were expecting our delivery, nothing arrived! However, a quick call to them to check and they were very apologetic saying that the order had been mistakenly put down for the following day, and was it ok to deliver then. We were around in the morning but had a funeral to go to in the early afternoon, and the logistics guy rearranged the delivery schedule to make sure it arrived while we were at home. When the delivery arrived at about 7.30am, he told us that he'd been told to make sure he was on time as they knew we had to leave promptly for the funeral. The customer care from this was excellent and we really appreciated the consideration from the team.
Some time after our initial order, we decided to fit an extra unit and a section of worktop to the kitchen, and the service was equally faultless, with advice on the best option for a small piece of worktop, as well as on matching the paint colour to an existing unit.
I would not hesitate to recommend Kitchen Warehouse to anyone, their service was impeccable, the kitchen units are excellent quality and the price doesn't break the bank. An all-round excellent experience.

Used Kitchen Warehouse to match a solid wood kitchen already installed. Needed a number of replacement items including solid oak curved plinths which are practically impossible to source anywhere else.
Also needed a bespoke size larder unit which they were more than happy to make and supply.
Communication was excellent over the phone and via email. They managed to get the items out within 2 weeks and even though there was a slight hiccup with the delivery of the curved plinths, they resolved it quickly and kept me informed.

I had to design and order the kitchen for a flat refurbishment without the help of the builder. I was lucky to get well informed customer service reps on the phone who explained the difference between ordering the cabinets flat packed or already put together. They were clear about cost and timings, extremely helpful without pushing me to spend more money. The kitchen arrived on time but I still needed a bespoke sized door once the kitchen was fitted. The one door arrived very fast and thus I was able to get the kitchen fitter to do the job instead of me having to do it at a later date.
The kitchen looks much better and the cabinets are far sturdier than expected or promised. If you know what you want, don’t hesitate to use this service. The samples are very helpful and a bespoke size is not hugely different in price from the regular sizes. What a relief. All for under £1,000. Beware of your kitchen fitter however. James had some ideas for our new kitchen that were better than previous designs from another major supplier. James was just more interested and engaged than the supplier we’d been working with. There was flexibility in amending the specification before the final order. The order was delivered on the date agreed and there was plenty of help in moving the boxes into the house. Jonathan fitted the kitchen, Glenn the electrics and Joe the plumbing, all were professional, friendly and tidy. I had thought about fitting the kitchen with a mate but glad I didn’t, it was absolutely worth it, leaving it to the experts. KW contract a 3rd party to fit the worktops and the fitter was meticulous. Darcie at KW had oversight of the plan and kept in touch throughout the fitting and visited to sign off. I later flagged a finish issue on some of the doors/drawers fitted which Darcie was very helpful in resolving. Highly recommend Kitchen Warehouse at Ripon. Quality products, design, oversight and fitting.

Telephoned to ask for help with obtaining a part for a dripping tap which I purchased with a full kitchen 7 years ago was informed by Dan that it had a 10 year guarantee and he would arrange to get the parts and some fitting instructions

Had a great experience from start to finish, they really listened to what we wanted as well as making suggestions to improve the plans we had. Everything is extremely well organised, we chose fitting and were provided with a full schedule of works, everyone arrived when scheduled and completed the works to a high standard. We are so pleased with our new utility thanks to Kitchen Warehouse. Liam was really helpful when we visited the showroom, Darcie was lovely and kept us well informed and Rob finished the project so quickly! The only daunting part of the process was taking on the design role ourselves but this helped to keep costs down and we are thrilled with the finish. My son/girlfriend were interested in a kitchen style they had viewed online, so before placing an order we all made the long journey to the showroom. Great help from Daniel, who answered all our questions, advised us of different options and styles all without any pushy sales. We opted for rigid units and whilst delivery was a bit pricey it reflects the distance. The quality was good, the service was excellent and i would definately use again. Only given 4 stars as we havent received and installed the units yet.

Finally got round to send a few photos and write a review,our kitchen fitter who's been in the business for over 20 years said it was the best quality kitchen he has ever fitted its a old house 300 years approximately so not straight forward!! But did a great job mostly due to the standard of the doors and units supplied. I would highly recommend this company their customer service is second to none any queries are dealt with by professionals who know what they are talking about. I had a long chat a couple of weeks ago to a chap who might have been the owner! sorry not sure if it was but had time to listen to me about what I'd done, couldn't see wren or howdens doing that ??

Any minor issues were sorted immediately everything was very well co ordinated and we were always kept up to date . Fantastic company to work with . If you have any doubt about the quality of these units look at my kitchen! I have granite work tops over three meters long and a Fireclay sink that weighs the same as a small child!
The kitchen Warehouse units are the tiniest bit deeper than some other online competitors. This is an advantage because by using shallow AEG integrated appliances there was no need to dig out the walls for the pipe work. I have a perfectly flat cupboard run.
I didn’t pay the ten per cent extra to have the units assembled, but the fitter found them very easy.
Tips
The plinths have the same lovely wood grain effect as the units. Buy extra to use to box in pipes elsewhere in the kitchen, or use as packing.
If you are considering buying a 1000cm base unit, then seriously consider paying the extra for the drawer unit instead. So much more storage and they look wonderful.
Left over Amtico flooring planks, I store under the kitchen units, then conceal it with the plinths.
This way when disaster hits the floor in five years time you can always find exact match flooring.
Think very carefully about the size of the wall units! Very easy to order the standard 700 ones without thinking too much. But the 900’s are an investment not an expenditure!

Think very carefully about the size of the wall units! Very easy to order the standard 700 ones without thinking too much. But the 900’s are an investment not an expenditure!

We recently completed our kitchen project with Kitchen Warehouse UK Ltd, and we couldn’t be happier! We handled all the work ourselves except for plastering and electrical, despite having no prior experience in fitting a kitchen. Dan at KW was absolutely fantastic throughout the process—his planning, design, and guidance on installation were invaluable.
The quality of the KW kitchen is exceptional. The prebuilt cabinets came with all internal mechanisms installed, and we were especially impressed with the full solid tops on the cabinets—no stretchers! The soft-close hinges are top-notch, and everything arrived well-packaged with protective materials. We only encountered one chipped door and one warped door, but KW quickly sent replacements, which arrived in just two days.
Communication with KW was outstanding. Whether by phone or email, their team was responsive and helpful, even on Saturdays.

Great experience with the Website and service. DIY kitchen renovation of my existing units, got all Black doors (Maddison Cannon black range) and drawers and I am delighted with the quality, finish and even the delivery was great. Finished well within estimated lead time and absolutely no issues with delivery or standard of the doors! Would recommend highly.

Couldn’t recommend Kitchen Warehouse any higher. I’m a builder and have worked with several well known and smaller companies but chose Kitchen Warehouse for my own home kitchen. So glad I did, the customer service from working on the design to after care has been outstanding and the product is unbelievable quality. By far the best company and will be recommending to my customers going forward.

We are delighted with our new kitchen from Kitchen Warehouse UK. It is excellent quality whilst still being great value for money. The cabinets came fully assembled and with colour matched interiors.
We chose to have the full fitting service and everything ran smoothly, with a clear schedule of who to expect and when. The whole team offered a friendly, professional service.

I had my kitchen from Kitchen Warehouse just under 10 years ago and it is still like new despite being well used on a daily basis. Fantastic quality, great knowledge and customer servicecand an un beatable price for an oak kitchen with top of the range work surfaces. I needed a small replacement part today and received the same great quality and service I had 10 years ago. FANTASTIC!

Superb company to deal with, nothing was too much trouble and a real pleasure to work with Kenny, Dan and the team through the design to come up with ideas and honest advice to end up with such a great result. Although we were just outside the installation area, Liam and Paul came over for a week and it was such a privilege to have such professional and nice guys on site. There were a few issues with the worktop installation but they were sorted and we are delighted with the end result.
The units are substantial and well made with attention to detail both inside and finished well outside for a real quality appearance.
The whole process has been a pleasure and we would highly recommend Kitchen Warehouse and thank you to all the team.
