Kitchen Cabinet Warranty
Our base kitchen cabinet (MFC Unit) is supplied with as standard a 5-year manufacturers warranty.
Kitchen Door Warranty
Kitchen doors come with a variety of warranty depending on the style and composition of the door. Most doors are equipped with at least 5-year warranty with up to 7 on some doors. Please get in touch or see individual door pages for exact warranty offered.
Hettich Hinges & Drawers Warranty
Hettich Hinges & Drawers come with a 25-year warranty as standard giving you true peace of mind that the pieces that move the most are built to last.
Kitchen Mechanisms
Other mechanisms such as pull-outs and bin units are all also warrantied with up to 10-year manufacturers warranty. You can take a look at the individual product pages.

How to inform us of an issue1. Inspect your items
When you first receive your items please thoroughly inspect all items for damages and any missing items. If you do happen to find anything please make a note.
2. Take pictures
Please take pictures of any damages as clear as possible. If you have any scratches putting a ruler next to the scratch helps us with the scale of the damage.
3. Get in touch
